To illustrate that, we’re going to pretty much tell you how that turns out so now you can just focus on the story. There’s some serious stuff going on here. You guys are in for a treat.”

Thiiiiiiis. I am so unbelievably excited that the romance is going to take a backseat. This never happens anymore in works starring a girl! I can count on one hand how many stories have come out in the past five years with a female main character whose powers/plot/entire character don’t revolve around her romantic relationship(s).

And this is why Bryke will always and forever be the best. I am so proud of them.
